The hotel is in a superb location, very close to the city center and convenient for exploring all it has to offer. The rooms, although on the smaller side, are comfortable with the essential amenities like a good-sized fridge and tea/coffee facilities. The service was inconsistent with a mix of friendly and less engaging staff. Dining options were decent but could use more variety. Overall, a good value for the money with some room for improvement in service and dining.

The hotel rooms were spotless with tasteful decor and comfortable beds, but unfortunately, we were next door to building work that started at 6:30 am, and the hotel refused to move us to a quieter room. The lack of a view was a downside as well.
